Owner/Master Esthetician
Founder of Alexandra Accardo Studio, Esthetician Alexandra Accardo has been in the beauty industry for over a decade. After graduating high school, she attended college in Warsaw, Poland where she majored in cosmetology.
Not long after, she traveled to New York City where she completed her certification in Esthetics. In 2008, she received her license in Nail Technician while working as a beauty advisor and skin care professional for Lancome. In 2018, she had the privilege of meeting Joanna Czech. Soon after, she became Joanna’s assisting esthetician at her private studio in New York City. While there, she spent weeks training under the master’s supervision.
Alexandra was privileged with an invitation to Czech’s Dallas Headquarters where she perfected her massage techniques and learned more about new technologies – LED, Ultrasound, Microcurrents, Cryotherapy, Manual Massage and Manipulation of the Facial Muscles.
Alexandra’s knowledge, facial massages and extraordinary talent at creating customized facials leave her clients with healthy, glowing skin. She works with each individual to create a personalized daily skin care routine that fits both their skin and lifestyle.
Alexandra believes that because everyone’s skin is different, there’s no one size fits all.

Gianna Valentinetti
Manager/Esthetician
Gianna Valentinetti is the Manager and Esthetician at Alexandra Accardo Studio. Gianna has been an esthetician for 6 years, and her passion for the industry has only grown over time. Gianna attended Gloria Francis Beauty School in Hicksville, where she honored her skills and knowledge in skincare techniques, products, and procedures. Since then, she has continued to educate herself by attending training sessions and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends. As the Manager and Esthetician at Alexandra Accardo Studio, Gianna oversees the day-to-day operations of the studio and ensures that all clients receive exceptional service. Gianna’s passion for skincare is evident in her work. She is committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
Urszula Musik
RN/Injector
Urszula Musik has been a licensed esthetician for over twenty-two years and a registered nurse since 2021.
Urszula was born in Krakow, Poland, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Cosmetology and Health Management. There, she gained most of her professional experience at her mother’s beauty salon, where she worked with professional brands of beauty products and medical devices.
In 2007, Urszula came to New York City to expend her knowledge of beauty industry and to take advantage of opportunities in her industry offered in the United States.
Urszula has many specialties. In 2012, she finished studying at the North American School of Podology in Canada, where she became certified master pedicurist. She is able to provide individual specialty services for diabetics, as well as seniors with nail pathology and diabetic
foot syndrome. In 2013, she obtained certification and training for Oncology Esthetic USA through the International Society of Oncology Estheticians, which helped her to provide safe and individualized spa treatments for clients with health-challenged skin. In 2017, she received certification as a laser technician and in microneedling from the National Laser Institute in order to provide safe laser, radiofrequency and ablative skin resurfacing treatments for face and body. In 2021, she graduated from the University of Bridgeport with bachelor’s degrees in Health Sciences in Nursing. She gained her clinical experiences in major hospitals in Connecticut, such as Yale New Haven Hospital, Norwalk Hospital and Bridgeport Hospital. In addition, Urszula has received different certifications and training in Botox, dermal fillers, PDO Threads, and advance platelet-rich plasma. Urszula worked in medical salons in Westchester, New York, for the past thirteen years, before she became a medical anesthetic salon owner.
Urszula is passionate about esthetics and helping others to love the skin they are in. Consistently applauded for the beautiful and natural-looking results she gets, Urszula prides herself on helping her patients feel great in their own skin.
Erin Law
Esthetician
Erin Law is a newly licensed esthetician who possesses a true passion for helping others. As a former social worker, Erin brings a wealth of expertise to Alexandra Accardo Studio. Erin spent two years advocating for oncology patients at a community based practice in Manhattan. While there, she learned about many of the holistic wellness treatments that could benefit her clients both mentally and physically, such as massage, acupuncture and restorative facials. Her love for skincare began when she discovered that self-care contributes to one’s level of confidence and overall sense of well-being. Erin tailors each facial service accordingly and recognizes every journey with one’s skin is unique. Embodying a gentle and empathetic nature allows for Erin’s clients to relax and open up about their individual concerns. Erin’s approach to aesthetics is rooted in her desire to empower her clients with effective skin treatments that produce long-lasting results and to feel beautiful in their skin.
Daniella Ferrara
Receptionist/Junior Esthetician
Daniella Ferrara is the spa coordinator at Alexandra Accardo Studio and highly committed to enhancing the beauty experience for every client who walks through the door. As front of house, Daniella is determined to provide a welcoming atmosphere and ensures a seamless transaction when discussing specialized products for your skin. As she tends to both the front desk and the well-being of each client, Daniella strives to make sure that every individual receives personalized care and attention. A recent graduate of LI Nail, Skin & Hair Institute with an Esthetics License and Advanced Lash Certification, Daniella is equipped to blend her freshly honed skills with charisma and outstanding customer service.
